公司更名启事

尊敬的新老客户：

    我司在宁波化工园区购置的50亩土地, 现已经完成设计工作, 不日将开始破土动工。 新工厂的厂房设备等将按GMP和HACCP 标准建设，完成后我司将步入一个新的层次。为配合今后生产和经营的需要，从2007年3月1日开始，我司将停止使用原公司名称“宁波市镇海海德氨基酸有限公司”，启用新名称“宁波市镇海海德生化科技有限公司”，公司地址,电话, 银行帐号等所有其它内容均不变，诸多麻烦，请多谅解，谢谢您的支持与合作！

NOTICE OF CHANGING COMPANY NAME

To whom it may concern:

Our company has acquired a piece of land (33300 square meters) in Ningbo Chemical Zone, for installing new plant. The design and plan of the new plant has finished and the construction work will be kicked off in days. The new facilities will meet GMP an HACCP requirements. To suit the development, from March 1, We change company name from Ningbo Zhenhai Haide Amino Acid Co., Ltd into Ningbo Zhenhai Haide Biochem Co., Ltd', except the 'Biochem' replaces 'Amino Acid', address, contact info, bank info, etc, etc all the others keep the same.
